Initial Skills Assessment

At the moment I have basic knowledge on the core skills needed for the development of my project. I can effectivley use Photoshop to create media products, this was demonstrated with the production of a music magazine cover. I can use tools to create graphics and fonts which make products look professional. It's also usefull for creating images to use in other media products. Indesign is another bit of softwear I am confident with, I used this to create a double page spread. I have also got a good grasp on photography skills and using a studio. I am confident with the different types of shot and this was also demonstrated on my music magazine. My photography skills are also helped by my Photoshop skills. I can effectivley edit images so that they fit the design layout of media products. I am also very good at analysis and using conventions and audience to produce a media product. My skills are orientated around print work. However when it comes to film skills I need improvement. I have basic grasp on filming using a camera and shot types although when it comes to the editing phase my skills are a bit rough.
